I called to schedule a 3:30 appointment for a hair wash and blow dry since I was in the area, and the staff confirmed I could come in. However, when I arrived, there was only one stylist available for hair services, while another was busy with washing and setting rollers. Despite my request for just a wash and blow dry, they insisted I sit under the dryer with rollers. I later discovered that one customer had been waiting since 9:30 AM and another since 1:30 PM. It's essential to communicate wait times when making appointments. Additionally, having only one stylist for hair services creates a poor experience, as customers end up waiting for hours. Full Installation w/ Frontal - the single tracks was not put in for a full look and the top of the head where the frontal meets the tracks was so bumpy. spending $220.00 was a bit much for the service. My hair was already pre washed and braided prior to me going. However the people at the salon are very nice and welcoming.
Esmeralda did a was blow dry cut and flat iron on me, first time I have ever let someone else do my hair and I was completely happy besides one other time in my whole lifetime. Great prices and great availability!
