“Ms. Veronica did my knotless box braids and she did a beautiful job. I made an appointment for new years eve day and it got canceled because she was booked. However, Ms. Veronica contacted me a few hrs after a client canceled. I so appreciated her thoughtfulness. Upon arrival for my appointment we spoke about the style, length and technique that she'll used to do my hair. I told her I had bad experience with braiding that was too tight, that damaged my hair and the hairstyle that didn't look like what I'd ask for.
