The type of coloring (chunky highlights) she gets is done meticulously as each colored piece of hair has to be matched up when the roots grow in. Julie is very knowledgeable and provides post coloring treatment requirements to ensure the color doesn't fade. I would highly recommend Julie for all hair coloring and cuts.“
