I currently live in North Jersey and had been getting my hair done locally. This morning, I received a text from my stylist saying she was sick and had to cancel just hours before my appointment. With my birthday tomorrow and a vacation coming up, I really needed a last-minute appointment for a cut and partial highlights.
I called Appearance Workshop, where I had my wedding hair done and previously had a fabulous experience. They miraculously had an opening with Nicole, whom I had never seen before. I have very thick, curly hair, and it’s not always easy to find a stylist I trust—but as soon as I sat in her chair, I had a great feeling.

Nicole was an absolute pleasure to have cut my hair. She offered advice and helped me do what was best for my hair. I appreciated her honesty and professionalism. Thank you, Nicole! I will definitely be back. The salon has a nice atmosphere and are reasonably priced.
I called the salon as a new client, overdue for my roots to be done. I was offered an appointmrnt LATER THE SAME DAY! Julie (who was lovely , friendly and talented)-matched my color absolutely perfectly! She also gave me a beautiful, shiny blowout. Thank you so much, I will be back!
