I was so so so pleasantly surprised!! The staff are so nice, Gianna cut my hair and she listened to everything I said. She was so kind and friendly, making conversation through the whole appointment. “I went to the salon her for the first time today. I had dark dark brown/black hair and wanted highlights. I knew there was a chance they weren’t going to lift fully with the bleach, but I wanted to start so I can go lighter in the future. Suzanne was so kind and helpful, she took me as a walk and worked me around her other clients. When we were done, she was not happy with how the bleach lifted so she offered me to stay and do it again. She said she didn’t want me to leave with hair that we both weren’t happy with! I’m so happy I stayed! My hair looks so great and I am definitely a happy customer! Thank you Suzanne for putting up with my thick head of black hair! I appreciate all you did to help me!
