The billing staff is the worst to talk to. No sense of customer service and courtesy. The billing person was rude and unprofessional. She put the phone down on me without even a customary - is there any thing else I can help with ?
Not returning back as every year they goof up in the insurance claim and demand our patience in dealing with their incompetence.

Booked an appointment with Dr. Chang for a slightly urgent eye issue. The doc was great! Quickly determined what was wrong and game me a course of action. Also told me about how to avoid getting into the same situation again. Very happy with Dr. Chang!
