My hairline is completely ruined. It looks unnatural, blotchy, and horrible. Like I have dirt or scarring. I have not been able to wear my hair in a pony tail since I got and it has completely destroyed my confidence. Everyone who sees it comments.

Told me "it'll look weird" because I don't have eyelashes due to alopecia then I said alright I'm going to go and Erika gave me the meanest look like "the doors there leave" Rude business owners I do not recommend

I wish I could give 0 stars. My hairline is completely ruined permanently. It looks unnatural, blotchy, and horrible. Like I have dirt on my hair or scarring. I have not been able to wear my hair up since I got the treatment and it has completely destroyed my confidence. Everyone who sees it comments. The photos do not even do the damage justice. On top of all this when I requested a refund, the owner Erika had the audacity to refuse and my block my number. Disgusting.

I have been getting my eyelashes done from Mou Mou exclusively for about 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. Erika and the girls are amazing and always do a great job with my lashes! I have never had any issues or problems and my lashes last at least a month or longer. Mou Mou is clean, relaxing and definitely a great experience overall. I've recommended this place to my friends and family and many have went and love it!

Used to be a customer for 3 years here. I find the owner rude. I needed to change my time for lashes due to personal reasons, and she got annoyed I texted her about different times. If you don't want your customers disturbing you on your day off, don't use your personal phone your business phone as well. You want to keep customers not have them leave. I was coming from Westchester to NJ because I really like them, but after how rude Erica, the owner, was I've decided I will NOT be returning.
