“I had a great experience. I don't get massages often, but I had been traveling and needed a massage to get the kinks out of my back. Thai Senses was just down the street from my hotel so it was very convenient. I was able to book a massage online through their website. I don't know all the various styles of massage, but the descriptions on the website steered me to a Thai-Yoga combo massage. Booking was easy, but right after they called and asked if I could move up a half hour earlier to accommodate their schedule. Wasn't a problem for me so I agreed. The spa is in a little high-rise building sandwiched between taller ones. I walked right past it, but then I saw the address numbers and walked back, counting down, and there it was. Inside was a little hallway with a security guard in front of the elevator (made me think of the Men In Black movie!). He was friendly, asked if I had an appointment, and then made me sign an In/Out list with my name and where I was going. Not a problem, I understand the need for security. When I got up to the spa, they were already expecting me. The staff were professional and courteous. I left my shoes at the door and was shown into a room right away. The room was warm with quiet music playing. It was clean and smelled nice. The therapist did a wonderful job with my massage. Ask for Mona - she was fantastic! It was over all too soon - I got an hour, but I should have scheduled a longer one. I can't speak to how their prices compare with other spas, but I was very satisfied with what I paid for the massage I got. They hit me up for the gratuity on my way out the door. I rode the elevator back down, signed out of the guard's log book, and I was back out on the street. A very positive experience overall. I was just passing through so I may never return, but if I am ever in NYC again I would not hesitate to go back.“

“I had my lip filler dissolved today done by Angel due to the migration I had filler done in my lips done elsewhere a few months ago. Angel is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner that specializes in aesthetics. She took her time, not over to go over my health information, but she sat with me and answered all of my questions. I felt so confident I came back to get my lips resolved. She numbed me, talked me through the whole process. I was completely numb and she took out all her secret tools to minimize any discomfort. It was a breeze. I can't wait to go back to get my lips refilled by her. She does amazing work. She is an absolute pleasure to talk to. She is stunning! Her skin, filler Botox is absolutely beautifully done the skin care products she uses. She is a walking billboard and totally sold me without pushing me on any products or treatments! “Great service and staff! I found this place through Groupon which offered a really great deal for 6 sessions. It is in a great location if you work in the grand central area. It is very organized and the staff are always pleasant and efficient. I just finished my six sessions of laser hair removal and the results were really effective, basically no hair growth in the area any more. The laser they used on me was completely painless unlike some other laser places that I've tried. It just feels like cold air and is really fast. 10/10 would recommend this place!“

So I trust Gloria who always takes amazing care of me. I was really nervous to have an appointment with someone new. Aaliyah was super considerate and accommodating of my situation.
