The new manager is rude & hostile. I’ve been a client for 9 years. Never spoken to this way. And told that I can no longer book a full face (lip & chin) at the same time as a Brazilian waxing. If I book time and pay for it, what difference does it make? I was ready to ask for a full refund of my outstanding packages and never return.
