“Kristen has a truly unique way of making you feel calm, comfortable, engaged, and distracted throughout the experience. I had no prior experience, and she guided me through everything in a way that made me feel completely at ease.

She has a special talent that combines her technical skill, personality, attention to detail, and professionalism. You can tell she genuinely cares about making the experience as comfortable and positive as possible. And she knows just when to distract you, so you don't even notice almost.

I was also really impressed by how careful she is about maintaining medical grade sanitation and cleanliness. That level of attention can't be easy, but she takes it seriously and it shows.
