Went today for the first time to this location. They were super professional, and friendly. I was actually shocked at the level of customer service and polite gentlemen who helped me. I was in and out quickly and felt very good about the services provided. I will definitely be back to this location even if its a little out of the way! Appreciation to the manager for a well run team!
So I’ve been coming here for years with my 2014 Honda and it’s always been excellent, but I bought a 2021 Mercedes CLA 250 and was nervous to take it here, so Cam told me to bring it in and yes I bought my own oil kit because the Mercedes takes a special oil and when I tell you Cam and his team took excellent care of me it is not a understatement Cam needs to be management for sure and the team deserves a raise because the care they deliver is professional and quality work. I was done in 20 minutes y’all need to come to the Berlin location you won’t be disappointed. This what a happy customer looks like.
