Absolutely the best experience I could have with a failed heater less than a week before Christmas! I called well after most companies would have been closed on Thursday, and a tech was still at my home first thing the next morning. Long story short, the repair didn’t work (it was unfixable & leaking carbon monoxide into my home). A senior technician (Adam) came out immediately to further assess the situation, ensure that I was safe, & get me an appointment with the replacement consultant (Dan) the same day. By the close of business Friday, I had my choice of proposals and an appointment for Monday morning. Dan made sure that I understood what was wrong & my options, and even loaned us a space heater for the weekend! Bob, Paul, Andrew, & Robert all were here this morning, and were professional & efficient while doing the work, so I’m now enjoying my newly warm home. I ended up talking with Gabrielle at the office several times, and she was great, too! In fact, everyone at Focus did everything in their power to make the whole experience as positive as possible.
I cannot thank Sean and the staff at Zale Funeral Home enough for the kindness and compassion they showed our family. From the very beginning, they were patient, responsive, and supportive in every step of planning. It brought me so much comfort knowing that everything was handled with such care and respect. I’m very pleased with the service from E&G Chimney Sweep & Repair. They performed a comprehensive chimney sweep and inspection and their attention to detail was impressive. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. My chimney is now in perfect condition!

UPDATE: 9/4/25 I absolutely miss this place. Before I moved to Colorado 4 years ago, I believe his name was Tom, serviced my car and made sure it was safe to make the drive to Colorado. I was almost scammed by a well know service center as well as an attempt to take advantage of me as a woman at other places while here in Colorado Springs??♀️I prefer the private owned mechanics that are professional, honest and caring. Very good educational program and health service using assigned resident physician and preceptor/supervising physician. 2 for the price of 1! Very thorough, never rushed. Staff is great.

The equipment are very unique and top of the art. The doctor who extracted my tooth was exceptionally experienced and for the first time, I did not even know that he had finished the extraction.
This practice is fantastic! The Nurse Practitioner Adam Saalfelder is very comprehensive as well as knowledgeable and has a great personality dealing with his patients. I highly recommend this practice for anyone experiencing arthritis pain .
