I rarely take the time to post reviews but when a company has the most amazing customer service as focus does, I must leave one. They fixed an issue about 10 days ago for us. Such a great experience. Honest, neat, and explained everything to me. my husband was working so I needed to explain things to him later. Then yesterday I called regarding a noise we never heard and thought maybe it was related to last week's repair. They were here in 30 minutes, found the issue (not related to first repair) and explained it all again to me so well and off they went. No chanrge, just a smile the whole time. I felt like the moron becausw it was such a simple thing. Thank you focus, from the amazing and cheerful customer service you receive when you call to the amazing service provided.

Dr. Gandler, Crystal, and the entire staff at Sterling Vet are absolute angels. Although our old gal had to be put to sleep yesterday, we were wrapped in warmth and compassion the entire time. UPDATE: 9/4/25 I absolutely miss this place. Before I moved to Colorado 4 years ago, I believe his name was Tom, serviced my car and made sure it was safe to make the drive to Colorado. I was almost scammed by a well know service center as well as an attempt to take advantage of me as a woman at other places while here in Colorado Springs??♀️I prefer the private owned mechanics that are professional, honest and caring. Very good educational program and health service using assigned resident physician and preceptor/supervising physician. 2 for the price of 1! Very thorough, never rushed. Staff is great.

The equipment are very unique and top of the art. The doctor who extracted my tooth was exceptionally experienced and for the first time, I did not even know that he had finished the extraction.
This practice is fantastic! The Nurse Practitioner Adam Saalfelder is very comprehensive as well as knowledgeable and has a great personality dealing with his patients. I highly recommend this practice for anyone experiencing arthritis pain .
