The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable and to gave pretty reasonable advice when asked about how to handle certain thing as a first time home buyer. He was helpful in giving his opinions as to what issues were potentially serious hazards and what things would require assessment from more specialized professional. Even after inspection was completed he was willing to take my call to answer questions about the findings in the final report.

When I set up the appointment, I knew I called the right place. They kept me updated on the plumbers arrival, and to my pleasant surprise, sent a text "introducing" me to the person coming to my house. Jim was amazing. He walked us patiently through the entire issue, and not only fixed it, but gave us some tips on refilling the built in soap dispenser that we weren't doing correctly! I will recommend them over and over. Oh! and a gift bag full of fun items was left as well!!

Esperanza was very helpful an professional especially handling two customers at the same time. She was very patient with us as we picked out our glasses. Plus side gave great casual conversation which allowed us to feel comfortable an welcomed. More helpful that one customer she helped before was in an spoke very highly of her he helped me decide on my first pick of glasses since I was being very indecisive. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time with Esperanza. Very pleasant experience.
