All the instructors here are amazing. The studio is beautiful, warm, inviting and friendly. Beginner friendly classes are phenomenal as are the mixed level. I personally highly recommend Kula for your yoga journey regardless what “stage” you are at. I am so lucky to live right in Stanhope a mile away from this place!
Kula Yoga is an absolutely beautiful studio. Joe, the owner, couldn't be nicer. I have always found this studio warm and welcoming. Kundalini with Saraswati (Amy) allows me to deepen my practice in a safe and beautiful environment! I am so grateful for this studio!
attended my first class this morning and it was a great experience! everyone was very welcoming and the whole building has such a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back next week!
