I came recently with my girlfriend with a Groupon to experience the salt cave. Wow what a therapeutic and relaxing experience. I had been suffering from muscle tension in my shoulders and neck that loosened up after my visit! Also decided to try out the pilates studio too! The instructor took her time to show me the studio and give me a mini session too! I’m excited to start! Thank you Claudine!Update: I’ve now been an active member of this studio for a while now and I can’t get enough! For anyone like me with sciatica, Spondylolisthesis, and piriformis muscle issues the Pilates Reformer classes have been a great help! I truly love the ambiance at Revive. Each space is so beautifully relaxing. You can immediately feel transformed. Claudine is so welcoming. She offers a wide variety of classes as well as salt therapy. She is so passionate about health and fitness. I highly recommend her business. You have to stop in just to see how impressive it is!
