Sunny Cleaners offers alteration services with a strong focus on detail and customer care, as highlighted by long-time clients who praise the quality of work on garments like gowns and coats. However, there have been concerns regarding unpleasant odors in the store and on garments, which can be disappointing for customers expecting fresh results after dry cleaning. Despite the mixed feedback on the store's smell, many still recommend Sunny for her excellent sewing skills and commitment to her clients.
Sunny did a fantastic job altering my 2 layer gown! Hard to tell from the picture but it is perfect! I have been using Sunny's alteration services for at least 20 years. Always attention to detail whether it's formal or casual clothing. I highly recommend Sunny's services. She is a lovely woman who cares about her customers.
Seamstress did a great job fixing my coat sleeve. The downside was the smell of the store and my coat. My coat reeked of food when I picked them up and had to air it out for a few days in the cold to get the smell out. It’s a dry clean only coat so couldn’t put it in the washing machine. Very disappointing to send clothes to a dry cleaner and get it back smelling foul.Service: Alterations
