ABSOLUTELY THE VERY WORST!!! Wish I could rate zero or minus zero stars. Ordered beautiful premium basket arrangement for funeral...lavenders and pinks with butterflies. What was sent was a cheap glass vase with a miniscule amount of flowers. Not only were all the flowers wrong varieties but they were also all wrong color...they were bright yellow. Terribly disappointed, embarrassed, and mighty livid. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH POIR SERVICE

I had a situation in which the bridal bouquet I had ordered in advance from another place was not ready for my wedding day! I called the business and explained to Magali my situation and she said don't worry come over and we'll figure it out. Within 30-40 minutes Magali had a BEAUTIFUL bridal bouquet ready for me. I can't thank her enough and appreciate her hard work to no end! Thank you so very much Magali!! Magali is amazing!!!

I ordered a dozen yellow roses for my sister. they delivered the flowers which were completely open and dead in 4 days. They were dropping petal when they arrived. When my sister went to them personally they claimed they would credit me half the charge, well big FAT lie. no credit ever received. DO not order flowers from these people as they are mis -represented as a florist and are really just a garden center
