Second time I hesitantly ordered from this place for Mother's Day. The first time was via text. The site was down or not working. But I was desperate. Had to give my card and everything over the phone. Did that anxiously on faith but flowers were delivered fine. The second time? I order the day before via website. In the morning. Asked for a morning delivery (there's no option to pay more for early and they don't give you a window). The order was delivered at 8p on Mother's Day. Late enough for someone to think they were forgotten . Flowers were pretty. But the card was a tacky 8x10 orange piece of paper with letterhead and my personal message. Won't be ordering again.
My brother ordered from this place AWD Flowers @ Piscatatway NJfor his GF for Valentine's day/2024- was very upset and frustrated with their arrangements, they let me took pic for them to see and promised to send another one, texted them again and said they will send it and on and on and it's been a week now and they just ignored. @Everyone - please don't use this flower shop at all and if you want to surprise your love ones with a flower and put a smile in their face GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!I have no choice to leave a star so I can post this review lol
HORRIBLE FLORIST. I received two (2) different arrangements from AWD Flowers in New Jersey from out-of-town purchasers. The first red rose arrangement had dead ends on most of the greens in the bouquet and lasted (3) three days. The second purple rose arrangement died within two (2) days. When I called to notify the owner, the woman on the phone said "How long did I expect fresh flowers to last" I responded "More than two days." She then accused me of not watering them is what made them die so quickly. I stated, "They had fresh cool water." Then her last excuse was "They must have been in a hot house all day", I said "NO It is fully air conditioned!" She REFUSED to refund their money OR send new arrangements. Later Stacy the real owner called saying she would send a SINGLE new arrangement BUT NOT with purple roses. I BEG YOU TO ORDER FROM A DIFFERENT FLORIST THESE PEOPLE DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONIES WORTH. TELL FTD OR WHO EVER SENDS YOUR ORDER TO AVOID THIS FLORIST LIKE A PLAGUE!
