“I came in for a facial and brow wax, and let me tell you, such an amazing experience from start to finish! Everyone in the suite was so sweet, warm, and welcoming.

Milaurys did my brows, and I really appreciated how she took the time to ask questions no other brow artist has asked me before, like what I like about my brows and what I wanted to change. She listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. I was honestly a little nervous at first because I don’t usually trust anyone with my brows, but she did such an incredible job. I will definitely be coming back to her!

Then I had a facial with Nyimah, who was just as amazing. She asked about my skin concerns, the products I currently use, and gave me helpful recommendations for moving forward. I truly needed that TLC, and my skin was glowing for days. I got so many compliments!

Also, I want to add that Shannon truly made my day. She was incredibly sweet, the first person I met when I walked in, and she welcomed me with open arms, instantly making me feel so comfortable. Her warm energy set the tone for my entire visit, and she went out of her way to make sure I felt relaxed and taken care of from the very beginning.

I highly recommend booking with both of these ladies. The entire studio has such a welcoming vibe, and they really make you feel comfortable and cared for. I can’t wait to come back!“

“I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“

She is calm as she gets to find out your preferences and your comfort level. Farrah was my masseuse and my friend got Toni. While we were both in the same room, I couldn't tell that there was another person in the room. There was calming music, a wonderful fragrance wafting throughout the room. No aspect of the experience was overpowering. It felt like I was in some island somewhere and not in Woodbridge. Thank you Toni and Farrah! I will be back for sure!“
