For a couple of hours, we watched in horror as cars floated down the street. My car was totally submerged in water. I don’t know what would have happened if they hadn’t let me in. “I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“

She didn’t push any of her own products like others have and she informed me what products to get for my skin concerns. Milaurys was also great. She waxed my eyebrows and was very precise ensuring they were perfect and I was happy with them. Will be recommending Indigo Reset to my friends :)“
