DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! They charged my debit card multiple times last July and they still have not refunded me the money back. I have been in contact with legal representation at this point. Please use someone else so this does not happen to you.

The worst company I have dealt with. Unresponsive, say they are going to show up and never do, and then never even give you the courtesy of a follow up. They rescheduled 3x with me, and then tried to twist it and say they accommodated me - lie. They also ruined my rug - has been laying here for a week after they 'cleaned' it and still looks bad...said they would come look at it to fix it and had me wait all day...7 hours, and never showed up or called to apologize. Do not use them!! Their tone during any of our communications was beyond rude, telling me I had no reason to be upset about my ruined rug and that they wouldn't continue to communicate with me about it. The worst company I have ever had the horror to work with. Should be shut down
