Robert from The Cleaning Group aims to please! He has done work in my personal home and at My Way Carpet's distribution center! And, I have been referring him to my own clients (which is tough to do considering it's a reflection on us) and they are ALL. extremely happy and satisfied with his work! The carpet group was a pleasure to work with. They were really flexible with my availability. Robert who came in and cleaned the carpet was very Pleasant and efficient did a very good job. Overall a great experience.

Excellent customer service, our son had a stomach virus rugs were hit hard. The cleaning group was able to swing same day. Rob the technician super informative and on point. We will use them again. Highly recommended.
