“We just did a sunroom renovation with Marc Spector and couldn’t be more thrilled! We had an enclosed old sleeping porch off of our bedroom that had storm windows and wasn’t insulated, with no heating or cooling, and a slanted rubber floor. When our third child arrived in October my office became her nursery, and I needed a new office space, so we decided to have it finished and make it a real four-seasons room. Marc and his team were phenomenal…He was the only person we spoke to who not only understood our vision for the room but knew exactly how to execute it. They started on time, finished on time, had workers here every day (who were all very polite and cleaned up after themselves), and Marc or his son came here in person every day to check on things. They put in new windows (and were able to guide us on the right kind to get, another area where other contractors we had interviewed fell short), insulation, new beadboard, new ceiling lights and outlets, recessed radiators and ceiling cassette mini splits, and a beautiful new—and level—wood floor. Even the inspector who came by at the end was blown away by their work and told me so. (The heating/cooling solution they came up with was ingenious! We spoke to other contractors who hadn’t even heard of or considered the ceiling mini splits he used, which will allow the room to be air conditioned without obstructing the view from the windows). Also, we thought the price was very fair especially for the quality of the work. Take a look at the end result!! This is our new favorite room in the house. If you are searching for a contractor we can’t recommend them highly enough.“

“I had acquired Roberts name from my brother who recommended him highly. He came, gave us an estimate and explained the procedure he would be doing and how long it would take. Robert and his crew were very professional and worked very hard to get the floor done perfectly. Our home was just recently built, and the concrete used for the floor was harder than they thought so the job took a bit longer and looks beautiful. “I inherited a holdover tenant from the prior owner of my building. Finally, this tenant left. Unfortunately, this tenant never took care of the apartment and left it in less than ideal shape. It severely needed a full rehab makeover like you see on those HGTV shows. I needed it done soon by a specific schedule within a certain budget. I did my research and chose 3 local companies around Nutley. One of the three was Ace Remodeling. I told them what I specifically wanted and the timeline. The three gave their estimates to me and I ended up choosing Ace. Danny (the owner of Ace) was prompt, gave me a thorough detailed estimate in writing, and was able to start right away.
I am very thankful that I chose Ace Remodeling. Danny, Ash, and the rest of the crew are earnest, hardworking, excellent professionals at what they do and it shows. If some unforseen minor obstacle arose, which usually does in these type of jobs, Danny came up with the most cost effective way to solve the issue. In addition, it looks nice. I'm nitpicky about minor things and pointed them out to Danny and the crew during the reconstruction. They were addressed promptly and I was very pleased.
The end result after all of their hard, meticulous work was nothing short of spectacular. They finished a little earlier ahead of the deadline, which makes me happy and now I can go rent the apartment out now. Lol, maybe I won't rent it out now because it came out so nice that I might just move in myself.
If you want honest, hard-working, meticulous craftsmen doing your project without any worries..I wholeheartedly recommend Danny, Ash, and the crew of Ace Remodeling. They are worth every penny and you will not regret it.

Friday night there was a storm and water was coming into our house as a result. I called GI Construction Monday morning, and the owner Gent came over shortly after and assessed my roof. He explained to me why the roof was leaking, and pointed out faults that were even visible from the ground. He showed me pictures and video of the issues he assessed during his inspection.

I reviewed my options and decided to go with GI Construction because of the professionalism Gent exhibited.

GI Construction started on my roof the following week and promptly completed the project. Everything was very straightforward and Gent shared pictures of the progress with me along the way.

They did it with care, including painting some pieces to blend into the wall. They also helped with a more straightforward wall mounted TV install and repaired a bannister to install into studs.“
