I can confirm that Steve Rivera is a very well organized business owner who communicates clearly and stands by his work. His crew arrived on time and worked thru most of the day to tear off two layers of old roofing. They had to replace about 40 boards which did increase the cost, but I saw the boards they ripped out and I'm happy to have new boards underneath our new Charcoal shingled roof. We had 6 inch gutters done the next day. I especially appreciated Steve coming out the day after to personally replace a gutter downspout which I did not feel was properly installed. Tony’s years of experience and his attentiveness helped us make the decision to go with his company and we were not disappointed. He actually pointed out things to me that I brought up from other quotes, where others included “x” sheets of plywood in the quote, and he said to make sure they’d reduce the price if it wasn’t needed. He charges a set price per sheet and would show you what’s removed so you know you’re not getting ripped off. That was also a factor in our decision. While looking for companies, I had learned from others that some companies like to take advantage by either padding the amount needed without showing you what they removed, or by including an assumed number of sheets that you’ll need in the quote. To find that Tony even brought up that issue so I’d know to look out for it made me feel that he looks out for others and has integrity. I found the way that Tony approaches the plywood to be the best and it shows that they’re honest. They showed up on time, finished on time and cleaned up thoroughly. He said if there’s any issues, that he’ll show up each day until it’s resolved to our satisfaction and that’s comforting to know. I have high standards and I would definitely recommend them.“
