Alte Exteriors was our third phone call when we needed a roof replacement. From the first conversation with Alex in their office, we were extremely comfortable. Their representative showed up on time for our roof estimate appointment, and spent significant time with my wife and i, walking us through the different replacement options available. After completing the job, it looks like they were never here. The cleanup and attention to detail was unexpected however, a very nice surprise. I highly recommend Alte Exteriors

I highly recommend Alte as a very professional organization. Based on the age of our roof, we were pretty sure we only needed a professional assessment and relatively minor repairs to shingles or flashing, and perhaps some changes to our gutter system. Alte listened to our concerns and arranged for one of their team to visit our property and evaluate our situation. They scheduled an appointment for a specific day and time, and arrived on time which is a pretty strong indication that this is a professional organization. We want to give a big thank you to Alte Exteriors. It’s not everyday you get your roof done. Dan was more than patient with the many questions I had, since it was the first time for me having to replace one. We went back and forth with options and how to proceed the right way since the building was older and presented planning. Dan was more than accommodating scheduling the actual days the work would be done. This is my place of business and we have patrons coming in and out on a busy street.
