“Before knee replacement surgery I needed to choose a physical therapist. I wanted one close to home since I would need to be driven by family 3 times a week for several weeks. Ivy Rehab was fairly new and close to my home so I chose them. Christine greeted me with a smile every visit. I was blown away by the care, patience, knowledge and expertise the physical therapists, Steve and Alex, showed me. They worked me hard but never more then I could handle. The space is clean and well equipped. My sessions were 1 hour but if I was struggling they never hesitated to spend extra time with me. “We discovered Eileen and Children’s Therapy Source during Covid in the winter of 2020. After months of my daughter missing PT sessions through our school district we were able to schedule on going appointments with Eileen. And let me tell you 2 1/2 years later, my daughter still sees Eileen multiple times a week. Eileen is extremely knowledgeable in how a body works! She is patient and always thinks outside of the box, which is so unique and allows her patients to continually make progress. Prior to my daughter (triplegic cerebral palsy) seeing Eileen, ambulating and endurance was a huge challenge. Today, my daughter is walking better, standing taller and so much stronger. Eileen just brings out the best in those she works with. She motivates children (and their parents) to keep pushing and always strive for more. “I've been a patient of Drs. Berju for over 30 years now, and so appreciate all they have done for me. I had a shoulder injury and was told by the orthopedic doctor to never raise my dominant arm above shoulder height. I gave up canoeing, dancing and so many activities, but the tendonitis would still flare up to debilitating pain. When I moved to Hillsborough, Dr. Berju explained that my bicep had weakened due to inactivity, which puts strain on the tendon....she not only treated the shoulder, but educated me HOW to rehabilitate the muscles in order to protect the tendon, and I recovered. They have since treated me for a multitude of muscular-skeletal problems "from head to toe" which has allowed me to stay active and pursue the hobbies I love.
