Couldn’t have been more pleased. Carmine was gentle and patient. He address my concerns and put my mind at ease. He listened to what I had to say. He gave me encouragement about the future. He was very professional.
I was in severe pain from a bad case of tendonitis. I went to Performance Rehab with the hope of avoiding surgery. After a consultation with Dr. Perez we came up with a plan. Two months later I am pain free without surgery. Great staff and location. I will not hesitate to go back if needed.
So I had my first appointment and I have to say it was the most through evaluation I have ever had. The doctor went thru all my symptoms and past history, didn’t rush the exam and offered a number of alternatives. My physical therapist was awesome (Allison) and I walked out of 5he facility feeling somewhat better. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Front staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
