Manny and his crew are nothing but professional and hard working no matter how big or small the project is. We recently used Lasting Construction for a new roof. We had a major problem with frost in the attic due to bad ventilation, causing mold and some other big issues.Manny came out right away and really took the time to assess the situation and thoroughly explain our options. His crew was out in no time and finished in a very timely manner making sure everything was cleaned up before they left every night.We also used Lasting Construction because we were having some water come in through the walls making the paint bubble. Manny knew right away it was a gutter issue. Ryan the operations manager was very personable, and knowledgeable, and spent a lengthy amount of time explaining the entire process including the estimate. After we decided to hire them we worked with Andrea the office manager to schedule our installation of our new roof. Unfortunately, we had constant rain for weeks which set us back a bit. But she went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule as quickly as possible. On the day of the installation Stephen the head foreman showed up early. He kept us informed of the entire process step by step and was very pleasant to work with. Stephen and the entire crew worked nonstop and diligently. We are 100% satisfied with the end result.
