“I have had those opportunity to meet with all the vets at FAH. They are all top-notch! They provide excellent care and each have a wonderful bedside manner…taking their time and not making the patients’ families feel rushed. The support staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful and are a pleasure to deal with. My pets and I are lucky to be part of the FAH family and I would highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets!”

“I can’t say enough good things about everyone here. My dog has a long list of medical issues, so we’re in touch with the office more often than I’d like. Whenever I call with a concern, the receptionists are always kind, calm, and reassuring. They never make me feel like a burden and always do their best to fit us in when they can.
The doctors are just as wonderful. They take the time to answer every question I have without ever making me feel rushed. I’ve even received follow-up phone calls after hours to go over test results and talk through the next steps. After spending all day seeing patients, the fact that they still take the time to thoroughly explain my dog’s specific situation means so much to me.
Whenever my girl has a specialist or ER visit, the staff often mentions that they’ve already reviewed her records and test results before our appointment. That level of preparation and attention to detail gives me so much confidence that she’s receiving the best care possible.
When we lost our other dog, they sent us a heartfelt sympathy card and called to offer their condolences. That kindness meant more than they probably realize during such a difficult time.
I’m incredibly grateful for every single person at this practice. They have cared for my dogs with so much compassion, and I truly can’t thank them enough.”
