She's very thorough with the entire process, makes sure you know what shes doing and how that's going to help. My wife and I asked questions non-stop and she was more than happy to answer everything.
I came in with a 7/10 level pain in my heels and within minutes she figured out it was because of my tensed calf muscles. When my pain went from a 7/10 to a 1/10 on the first day, I knew I am at the right place.
