“Excellent first time experience using this dry cleaner. Needed a suit same day dry cleaned and the woman who answered the phone said she could do it if we had it there by a certain time. Suit came out perfect. The shirt took a couple extra minutes and they walked it out to my car when it was finished. They also hemmed a pair of jeans while the suit was being dry cleaned. I called probably 10 other local dry cleaners this day and of the ones that answered, none of them could dry clean the suit same day. They were friendly and did a fantastic job with everything. I have sent many articles of clothing to be dry cleaned at Joy's and I've always been happy with their work, from delicate satin Indian outfits to multilayered heavy dresses and outerwear, the clothes always come out better than they arrive. Recently, I just had my wedding. They steamed my poofy ballgown wedding dress with so many layers to prepare for the wedding and it came out looking perfect at the wedding. The day of the wedding, someone spilled espresso martini all over my dress and I had dirt stains all over the bottom. Somehow, they were able to get all the stains out and the dress looks totally new. The customer service is also amazing and they are always so fun to talk to. They walked me out to my car down the block and carried the wedding dress for me because it was so big and heavy. I would definitely come back with any of my clothes and trust them with everything!“

This past Friday I came to Payless Cleaners to have a dress hemmed. I’d already pinned the length and just needed it sewn. I dropped the dress off at 8:15am and asked if it could be done by 1:30pm. They said it would be done by noon, even better! The dress came out very nicely though I was a little surprised to hear $50 for this service. If you need urgent alterations done and cost is not a concern then I would highly recommend this business.“
