Excellent first time experience using this dry cleaner. Needed a suit same day dry cleaned and the woman who answered the phone said she could do it if we had it there by a certain time. Suit came out perfect. The shirt took a couple extra minutes and they walked it out to my car when it was finished. They also hemmed a pair of jeans while the suit was being dry cleaned. I called probably 10 other local dry cleaners this day and of the ones that answered, none of them could dry clean the suit same day. They were friendly and did a fantastic job with everything. Now I know where to go for all dry cleaning and alterations!
Echo Dry Cleaners went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did they have my dress ready in just five days, but they even opened the shop after hours to help me. I have a newborn and my mom brain (I know, I know) forgot to pick up my bridesmaid dress for my sister’s wedding on Monday, leaving Tuesday morning. I was panicking when I realized after the shop closed. I took a leap of faith and messaged them on Facebook about the situation, and thankfully, they replied quickly! They came to the shop at 9:45 p.m. and got me my dress! I am so grateful for their help and dedication.
Oh, and my dress was altered perfectly!
Great place to go, I highly recommend going here. Great service and they’re always willing to help out. They got the smoke smell out of some clothes and blankets from a family members house of mine. Everything smelled clean and fresh! Can’t thank them enough.
