Year round, the classes are offered indoors or online - even in a video library I can access when I'm out of town. The teachers accommodate all skill levels - enjoyable for my flexible daughter or my aging self. The workshops are favorites too - from Sound Healing to Meditation. Lisa, the MBYW owner, has been particularly kind to me during some challenging times in my life. Plus she sells fabulous items like soft yoga attire and cool jewelry! I'm so glad I joined this studio!“
