“Last Friday, my senior dog had a medical emergency, and Mosaic got us in within 30 minutes—even as new patients. They were kind, compassionate, and didn’t push unnecessary tests for an elderly dog. They even took my calls over the weekend, and their pricing was reasonable—we can still send the kids to college!

We’ll definitely be using them for both of our dogs, and I couldn’t recommend them more!“

“Live in town or just visiting for a few days? This is the place to get your dogs groomed! We walked in just after opening with our two dogs. The owner was super kind and squeezed us in, without an appointment (not that I recommend this because the business is clearly busy!). She was so sweet with both our dogs and the results were fantastic!“

“Took our little one yesterday for her cut and style with Carolyn. Over the 10 years of having her groomed it always took about 2 hours for the full service. I was surprised that after 45 minutes Carolyn called to say she was done. My husband went in to pick her up. The cost is $72.00 and we always tip $10. We get home and put her on the ground and immediately saw large areas of hair patches shorter then other area (pictures attached). The top of her head is all chopped uneven and her ears are uneven. It looks like someone got clippers and just ran it through her. What a sloppy job. Im totally disgusted with the service and the amount of money we paid. This was our 3 visit but this time was the worst. Don't recommend.“

I bought my cat in for an emergency visit on a Sunday and didn't have to wait too long to see a Dr. Unfortunately I found out some bad news and ended up having to say goodbye to my Franky, but the Dr was very compassionate and let me spend as much time as I needed with him. “I have been getting my dog groomed in Brooklyn where we use to live and the girls did an ok job because my little dog wears a diaper or he would pee everywhere he gets matted underneath so they shave his hair. We moved to NJ a couple of months ago and the first time I took him to a place here and when I picked him up I just started to cry and I said what did you do to my dog and I didn’t even care about her response he didn’t even look like my dog he was close to bald and then someone told me about Hotel for Dogs and I was so amazed how incredible he looked better than any place I ever took him I just love the way he looks. They are very compassionate and take a lot of time to review diagnosis and answer your questions. Their pricing is fair based on typical veterinary costs. They give clear estimates for procedures.
