“Went to 2 classes here while visiting LBI. Instructors were very welcoming and knowledgeable. LAB class w/Mary was super fun and hard. Was sore for days! Reformer Pilates with Jaimie was great. I really liked the flow of her class and the way she talked through all of the movements.”
“Great! I went with my niece, nephew and his girlfriend. I do yoga frequently in Bergen County. Im visiting relatives in LBI for memorial day weekend and was very impressed. I will be returning to this studio.”
