Lynn completely changed my mind on deep tissue massages.
I stopped into Massage Envy in Sea Girt after an offshore fishing trip left me with an incredibly stiff back. I managed to score a last minute 90-minute appointment that evening. I was paired with Lynn as my massage therapist and I am so glad I was.
Normally, I steer clear of deep tissue or stretching work because I usually just want to zone out and relax. However, Lynn took one look at my posture, listened to what was hurting, and recommended going the deep tissue route. I decided to trust her judgment, and it was absolutely amazing.
By the time the session was over, that stubborn lower back stiffness was completely gone. Instead of just feeling groggy, the massage felt incredibly invigorating. Lynn completely changed my perspective on this type of massage, and I’ll definitely be incorporating deep tissue and stretching into my routine moving forward.

I absolutely love Christine, I’ve been going to her at Sea Girt for 3 or 4 years now and she does the best facials. There’s never an awkward moment and conversation comes so easily. She has so much positive yet calming energy. I’ve tried facials at locations closer to my house, but Christine’s work makes the 40 minute drive worth it! She uses the steamer where estheticians at other locations wouldn’t, and goes above and beyond with hand massages. She even brings her own brushes for masks! Shes committed and clearly loves what she does. So grateful to have found her at this location.

Want to thank the owner, manager, front desk and Cole for a 10/10 experience today! I had a slight miscommunication with transfer of a package and they were able to fix the problem for me same day, and get me in for the best massage I’ve ever had! Thank you all for being so kind, professional and empathetic. And Cole was UNREAL! I would recommend her to anyone, I already feel light as a feather! If you’re considering booking, do it! An do it with Cole!

Came for an introductory massage because I couldn't get an appointment where I usually go. First and last, the therapist I had used little to no pressure, it was truly the worst massage I've ever had. And then at the end the front desk staff made me feel pressured into tipping the $30 expected 20% even though the massage sucked and it was $85. 100/10 won't be back.

I had a very good experience with Mike. It's been some time since my last message, and he was able to apply deep pressure without causing any discomfort. The front desk staff was very pleasant and informative. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location.

Bad service , Bad management... Deep Tissue Therapist not worth the hype or the time to waste there. I'm going back to different establishment at this point.

Couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else and this is coming from a person who has tried a few different locations. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with genuine smiles and awesome atmosphere. Rae was amazingly patient with me as I asked a million and one question, while she was teaching me about the products I was interested in. And as for the massage itself …… Adam! My guy ? his hands were a gift from God! Definitely 10/10. Highly recommend setting appointments with him if you need that Medium to Firm experience, he was very intentive to my preferences as needed, so thank for that. He also SOLD me on a whole membership in less the 20 mins of the 60 minutes I had with him.
