I’ve been an athlete my whole life and currently train everyday for triathlons, this was my first ever massage and it was amazing. Josie is the best! Made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time, will definitely book again! 10/10

I am a former collegiate athlete and coach and currently in the sports industry for the NFL. My entire life has been on courts, fields, high performance training centers, etc. Because of this, I am not someone to go to spas for massages or membership-based type of places, because I never leave with a true feeling of pain relief and relaxation. So instead, I’ve done my due diligence to only go to massage therapists that the NFL clubs and players recommend.
