There were a few miscommunications in the beginning, but Anthony was very helpful in coming up with a plan for my front steps that would be affordable for me. The crew arrived at the designated time and they were very efficient and cleaned everything up so you couldn't even tell they had been there. (Except for my beautifully repaired steps,)
The technicians of Servpro were excellent. Every step of the way they were efficient and immaculate in their work. They dried out the wet floor and then today removed the flooring. I wish I had all the names to recommend them, – but at least I have Andre’s, Tania and Juan.

Personable and I always have a good conversation with him. I kid you not, I think that Boris could cut my hair blindfolded....he is that good.

Misty is hands down the best, I had really long hair and she did a great job helping me maintain it, when it came time to chop it off and look civilized again she did a fantastic job with my cut ✂️, shes got a great personality and is good with the tools of the trade. Definitely recommend to go there and get the scalp buzzed. Shop is clean and hours of operation are good.
Love this place ! The attention and staff is amazing. You literally feel like you’re at a spa. The environment is also nice. I drive in 40 minutes but I love it here. You don’t feel rushed, they take their time into you. And love the little massages they give while you wait for your nails to dry. Definitely recommend you guys to come and experience the vibe. Oh and you also get to enjoy coffee, tea or water 🥰

My daughter's hair came out amazing! My daughter has mixed hair and scalp issues and the Tikeisha at the salon made some great suggestions. Both women were friendly and made my 10 year old comfortable for hours while doing her hair. No pressure to cut her hair ( even though I know she needs it), which we have had at other places and can be a turn-off for my daughter. I appreciate the time they both took. I was worried about how hot the salon would be with the 100-degree weather we are having, but it was perfectly cool the whole time. I plan to come again!

All very friendly. I started going a few months ago with Ingrid cutting my hair and it’s now my permanent place! Ingrid cuts my hair great and listens exactly to how I want it, never does any more than I say. She’ll give suggestions on what she thinks sometimes, which is helpful to me, but never forces it and always does exactly what you want!

Had my sump pump changed by Natale Jr in Aug (he did a quick and neat job!), but it failed last week - he responded first thing in the morning and replaced it in 10 minutes.
It was unfortunate that water came into the basement, but it was fortunate that we had Anthony done the job - he helped to arrange the PowerDry company to come the same day for inspection and started to dry the first day. Also the PowerDry company has done the great job. Everything is all set now. Highly recommend Anthony Natale Jr.

Sue Gallitelli the office manager was professional, courteous, polite and empathetic regarding our needs. Ms. Gallitelli took the time to explain everything and was willing to work out a plan with us. She did as stated she would do the next business day by forwarding the video and the invoice. She left a message saying call if there was a problem and what to look out for. The plumbing problem we had we thought it warrant immediate attention which it did not after being fixed by HOFF and Sons. We had to other company out for the same problems and neither said that we didn’t have to fix the problem ASAP not only that a previous plumber had been there the day before and the issue was not resolved . Thank you very much Ms. Gallitelli and HOFF and Son. I highly recommend Hoff &Son to get the job done.
