We had a great experience using Roots Home Inspection. Roots was a referral from our realtor for a home we were under contract on in Westfield. Melanie in the office is on top of everything. She explained the inspection process and was extremely accommodating with scheduling and excellent with communication. In addition to the home inspection, she coordinated a sewer line and termite inspection to be conducted simultaneously. Bill Sr. was our inspector and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as we went through the house. The inspection report was available very quickly after the inspection.
