Charles really saved our butts and I can’t recommend him enough. As first-time home buyers with an older home potentially being bought, it was important for us to get the absolute best inspection possible and Charles and Alex did not disappoint. Thorough, highly detailed and took the time to explain everything. Charles got down on his hands and knees and went into a dirty crawlspace, and ended up finding something that led to us not buying the home. If his inspection had been less thorough, we really could have moved forward and found ourselves in a really bad situation. Thank you Charles!!!
I was lucky to be able to book Charles for home inspection. This was an exceptional experience from the first minute to the last. Charles’s attention to details, knowledge and willingness to share are amazing. Even my buying Realestate agent was impressed with Charles performance. And it did not stop there, next day I got a report full of pictures, inspection points with suggestions and on top of that tons of maintenance advices for future home.

Would recommend Charles time and time again! He completed the inspection on our home and could not have been more thorough. We really appreciated him walking us through the whole process and taking the time to answer any/all of our questions as first-time homeowners. His report was extremely detailed and he truly left no stone unturned. He was also extremely easy to schedule with and responded quickly throughout the process!
