Hoff Bros.

Sue Gallitelli the office manager was professional, courteous, polite and empathetic regarding our needs. Hoff & Bros. were excellent! We had clogged main drain trap outside the house. We had to dig down almost 6’ feet to get to the drain. Our regular plumber balked on the schedule and Hoff & Bros. came out to clean out the trap and estimate the replacement drain on a Sunday. They cleared out the trap, so we at least had the ability to use water in the house. They returned at agreed upon time on Monday morning with all the correct parts. They cut out old waste pipe and had new one installed in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Our water heater was ruined due to flooding in our basement. Rich Hoffman at Hoffman Plumbing and Heating was able to obtain a replacement water heater and have it installed the same day. ****, who did the installation, was fantastic. I will recommend them to everyone.
