Ms. Gallitelli took the time to explain everything and was willing to work out a plan with us. She did as stated she would do the next business day by forwarding the video and the invoice. She left a message saying call if there was a problem and what to look out for. The plumbing problem we had we thought it warrant immediate attention which it did not after being fixed by HOFF and Sons. We had to other company out for the same problems and neither said that we didn’t have to fix the problem ASAP not only that a previous plumber had been there the day before and the issue was not resolved . “This is a progress review of the work being done by Home Improvements By Tony. My husband and I decided to renovate our master bathroom and after reading its reviews online, we asked HIBT to provide us with an estimate. We selected HIBT for the work because they provided us with a competitive proposal and even more importantly, because of the general feel we got from our numerous discussions with Tony. It was very clear from our initial meeting that Tony knows what he's talking about, and cares about what he does. In addition, one of my biggest concerns with undertaking this project was an absent project manager. I can assure you that this won't be the case with Tony. Tony takes every phone call, responds to every text and is often at our house checking up on the progress.I'm also in disbelief how organized the project schedule is. We started the project 10 days ago and Tony has had everything scheduled perfectly to minimize any down time and keep the project moving along. They have been putting in full days in the bathroom and so far have done the demo, floors, walls, ceiling, and now tiling. They have been fantastic. They've kept the work area extremely clean and I've been thrilled with the quality of their work. We've also had the plumber and electrician in, as well as separate inspections done for each of those. I've heard horror stories of these projects getting very drawn out, but thanks to HIBT, we have no idea how that feels. As Tony has told me numerous times, there are no issues, only solutions. He truly lives by that motto and that has made our lives so easy during this process.“

“We've had A. Valle do two projects on our 1890 home in the last year: a master bath remodel and the construction of a climate controlled wine cellar. Anthony and his brother Mike do beautiful, detail oriented, work. You'll never be left with those minor imperfections that are so annoying with other contractors. Anthony is also incredibly easy to work with. Communication is always timely and clear. I've had over 25 contractors work on my house in the last year and Anthony is easily in the top three. He's a little pricey but if you want the job down right and with minimal stress, he's your guy. I'm also happy to report that when some minor issues came up several months after finishing (for example, a defective cartridge in a Kohler faucet), Anthony came back and fixed it, no questions asked.“
