I have been struggling to keep my asthma under control. Doing all the things my pulmonary doctor wanted and still had problems. A friend suggested that I try deep tissue massage to relieve hidden pressure points that can aggravate "lung channel pressure points". According to Chinese medicine, there are several lung trigger points. He said that the therapists at Body Care Therapy were very knowledgeable and very skilled. I have had the opportunity to visit there and since doinng so have not had a single episode and my asthma is very much under control now.
