Arc Electric is a 5 star company. They were able to come on site the same day I called. Michael’s customer service was excellent. He was so thorough and walked us through everything. He arrived for what we all thought would be a quick fix and then ended up staying for hours diagnosing other problems that he found. He even drove to Home Depot to pick up the correct outlet because he wanted to finish the job the right way. I will absolutely be using Arc Electric again for any upcoming jobs!

The response from ARC was promptly responded to. The representative from ARC was very efficient and knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with his workmanship. It was accurate and his work was completely neat for the work that had to be done. I felt the price was very fair for the amount of work completed. I would definitely recommnend ARC as a five star contractor. I once again strongly recommend ARC as very professional electrical contractors and their workmanship is exemplary.

Excellent customer service, fair pricing along with highly skilled and thorough electricians. I was quite impressed with how they diagnosed and solved a very tricky wiring issue in our family room that could have turned into a fire hazard. I wouldn’t use anyone else for future jobs requiring an electrician.
