I was referred to Pigna by our chimney company. They seem very good.
They were quick to respond and I met with Rick. I really liked him.
I called the office (Marie) twice during the process to clarify the proposal and discuss the pricing with Rick; I found the office staff interactions to be quite unpleasant.
They did a professional scoping and proposal, but their pricing was high.
Had Pigna Masons do both my landing and walkway. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Excellent workmanship. Came when they said they would and finished on time. Very competitive pricing and great customer service. Highly recommend!
I had a structural problem with my attached garage wall and couldn't get a mason to give me a sensible solution to fixing the problem. Water had been collecting on the exterior of the wall for years, which was causing the wall to slowly sink over many many years. They offered an honest sensible solution, which no other contractor could do. Now the wall is structurally sound, the water is all being pitched away from my home and we ran a trench to the street as well. The workers were friendly, worked VERY hard and showed up on time each morning. It may have taken them time to get to my project but when they did get to me they were great! I would recommend them to anyone!
