I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Techs that came to inspect the chimney were very polite and knowledgeable. I received the quote via email within a few hours. The job was scheduled and completed within 3 days. Very organized group of people. I was impressed. Would recommend them any time

My brick chimney cap had loose bricks, and the cement crown was falling apart. The first estimate was from a 23-year-old with an out of state license $4,257. When I said I think about it, he got aggressive and wanted $100 for the estimate. The next guy came in a van with no signage. He said a ladder against my chimney would topple the chimney. Needed scaffolding $2800. 1 hour chimney came with their logo plastered all over the side of the van. BBB rating A+ They gave me an estimate in 10 minutes which was right at what google told me to expect. They did the job in 1 hour. We hadn’t used my father’s fireplace in over 10 years, and Andrew and the crew came out within less than a week of when I called and got it cleaned and set up perfectly for the holiday season. We had our first fire tonight and it was perfect! Really appreciate the service, communication, and flexibility. Thank you!!!
