I worked for GEM. For 2 year and a couple months. My name is Edwin. If this review help you make a choice I'm glad I helped. This is one of the best experiences known to man kind. The owner is a killer. Not a literal killer but you can tell just by looking into his eyes. He's a man on a mission. He will not back down & will continue to go after what he wants! The president got probably 100 things going on & yet make your time valued as much as he possibly can. The owner has help me mentally & push me on days; I didn't know if I wanted to continue. I've learn so much & gain so much experience with working with him. If you ask me? This is the company you want to work for? The real question you have to ask are. You have to ask yourself are you ready to join a company that will not only help you achieve what you want in your career but will also invest into you & move toward an goal you both can agree on. You ask the kid who join this company 2 year ago to bend an offset with a 90 & a 1/2 kick down.
