We have used Lite Design for years. We were introduced after my wife and I purchased a fixer-upper that needed a ton of work; all original electrical from 1955. Lite Design did everything from upgrading our circuit breaker box to installing several dozen high-hats and upgrading wiring and adding sockets everywhere. Most recently, he added an EV charger in our garage.
Kosta, the owner, is very pleasant, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable. He provided incredible service and guidance. Kosta answered my call, talked through my fridge power issue, advised me on how to deal with my installer, and arrived the next morning on time and with a helper. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the parts with him, and solved the problem. Digital invoice and payment. Communicative. He even followed up a couple of days later to make sure that we had no issues. A+
Kosta has completed multiple projects on our house and has been professional and extremely responsive. Does every job with care and goes extra mile to make sure there is never an issue.
