I was so grateful to be seen today by Dr. Zozzaro, He helped me with my ear issue, educated me and did a preventive exam of throat and nose. Staff was efficient and friendly. Got lost finding my way back to the parkinglot as one has to park behind the building , not accessible from 47 Orient Way, A sign where to park and a sign in the waiting room to exit to the parkinglot from the LL level would be helpful
Both times I've been here I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room (I came on-time for my appointment) only to be called in and again have to wait a very long time in the exam room. When I asked them about the wait nobody seemed to care. Doctors might be good but administrative service is terrible.
