Patients have reported positive experiences, including successful endoscopic nasal surgery for nasal polyps and a deviated septum, with amazing care from the first consultation to surgery and follow-ups. The staff at the front desk are described as kind, professional, and supportive. One patient’s first visit was awesome, with an appointment set up quickly and incredible work from the PA and nurse, resulting in the ability to fully hear out of one ear. Another patient’s husband suffered for years with breathing and allergies, and this place changed his life, eliminating breathing and sleeping problems. The staff are consistently noted as nice and welcoming, treating patients like they have known them for a long time. A parent had a positive experience with a 5-year-old daughter for ear wax removal and hearing tests, which were quick and easy, with staff who were great with the child.
From the very first day I walked into ENT of Nutley, New Jersey, the staff and especially Dr. Jan Youssef have been absolutely incredible to me. On 2/9/2026 I underwent sinuplasty, sinus surgery, septoplasty, and nasal turbinate surgery, and at 55 years young, this surgery has completely changed my life. I honestly do not remember ever breathing this well—ever. Not ten times better… a million times better. My eyes, my sinuses, no nasal drip—everything feels wide open. Within 24 hours, I was breathing perfectly.

I recently had an endoscopic nasal surgery to remove nasal polyps that were filling my sinuses and a septoplasty for a deviated septum.
